Description

Woodside Farmhouse, now a house, was built around 1770. It is constructed of coursed and dressed limestone with a hipped roof covered in old tiles, and has a brick ridge stack. The farmhouse follows a three-unit lobby-entry plan. It is two storeys high, with a three-window front. A segmental stone arch frames a 20th-century door with a flat stone hood. Early 20th-century three-light casement windows are set within timber lintels on the front, with similar casements to the first floor. A mid-19th century rear extension uses matching materials. The interior features chamfered beams and an open fireplace with a straight-run staircase to the rear.
