Description
The property comprises a farmhouse and a cottage, dating from the mid-18th century. The farmhouse is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with a 20th-century tile roof and 20th-century brick stacks. It follows a double-depth plan with two main units. The two-storey facade has a three-window arrangement. A flat hood shelters the early 19th-century six-panelled front door. The ground floor windows are 20th-century casements, while the first floor has earlier 18th-century three-light leaded casements. A gabled roof is punctuated by gable-end and ridge stacks. A two-light leaded casement is visible on the left side wall. The original internal plan remains largely intact, with late 19th-century doors and an early 19th-century straight staircase located opposite the rear entrance. Later 19th-century single-storey extensions, built of limestone rubble with Welsh slate roofs, have been added to the left and right of the front facade.
