Description
Park End is a house dating from the late 17th century, which was encased in brick in the 18th century. The exterior is made of painted brick, topped with an old plain-tile roof and featuring a central brick ridge stack. The house has a two-unit baffle-entry plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, presenting a two-window range. The central entrance is a 20th-century glazed door, flanked by tripartite sashes with glazing bars on either side. The first floor has two 16-pane unhorned sashes. The roof includes two cross-gables and horizontal sashes on the right-hand return. The left and right returns feature queen-post roof trusses. The interior has not been inspected, and there is a cross-wing at the rear that has undergone later alterations.
