Description

This granary, located approximately 15 metres southeast of Howe Farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed from uncoursed flint rubble with brick dressings and features a queen-post truss with V-struts, topped by a gabled roof covered in old tiles. A plank door is set into the left gable wall. There is also a one-storey extension made from similar materials. While the interior has not been inspected, it is likely to be of interest. The granary is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
