Description
This chest tomb, located approximately 20 meters southeast of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, dates from the late 17th century and is made of limestone. It features a rectangular shape in the Baroque style, characterized by a deep projecting lid with a cornice-moulded edge. The central side panel is adorned with a carved winged cherub head and flowers, which support swags, and is flanked by small fielded panels. The right end of the tomb has a recessed oval panel beneath another winged cherub head, while the left side and the rear consist of plain fielded panels. Part of the lid is missing, and there is no surviving inscription.
