Description

This is an early 19th century terrace of houses, arranged in pairs and stepped up the hillside. The buildings are constructed of brick with slate roofs. Each house has two storeys and one window. Most windows are sash windows, some of which retain glazing bars. Some later windows and porches have been added to the ground floor.

The terrace, together with the listed walls, railings, gate, and gate posts, forms a group with Holy Trinity Church and numbers 29 to 33 Church Street. The garden wall of number 2 also contributes to the group value on Church Street.
