Description

Thimble Cottage is a house dating from the 18th century. It features a rendered brick base with large timber-framing and painted brick infill, topped by a thatch roof. The building has a brick end stack on the right and ridge stacks on both the left and right of the centre. It is a single storey with an attic and has a three-window range. The entrance is a plank door located in the centre, and the windows are irregularly arranged casements. There are two swept dormers, and the left return showcases timber-framing. The interior has not been inspected.
