Description

New College's South Range, built in 1485, features a west part constructed between 1682 and 1683 by mason William Byrd. An addition was made to the south at the west end in 1912. The recessed eastern block was erected in 1700 by builders Richard Piddington and George Smith. The interiors include some 18th-century panelling.
