Description

Lincoln College's Hall, located in the Front Quadrangle, dates back to 1485. The hall originally built in 1436-1437 features a cellar that was added in 1640 when the floor was raised. A fireplace was inserted on the east side in 1699, and panelling was added in 1701. The hall underwent restoration in 1889 and 1891, during which the plaster ceiling was removed.
