Description
Brasenose College's Principal's Lodging dates back to 1485 and is located opposite the west end of St Mary's Church. This 17th-century building features timber framing, cellars, an overhang on the east side, and attics with four gables. The structure has undergone some modernization. Inside, there are 17th-century paneling and fireplaces. The building was once known as the "City Arms." Major alterations took place in 1958-1959 and 1962.
