Description

Field Bridge Number 156 spans the Oxford Canal and dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick laid in English bond and features a single arch with a parapet and brick end piers topped with stone caps. The section of the Oxford Canal that this bridge crosses was completed by 1778.
