Description
This milestone, likely from the late 19th century, is made of limestone and has a tablet-shaped slab that stands approximately 750 millimeters high. It features an iron plaque attached to the front, which has a segmental arch top. The plaque displays the distances to London (34 miles) and Tonbridge (4 miles), with both town names presented in capital letters in a curved format above the mileage.
