Description

The stables, located about 30 metres southeast of Mount Pleasant Farmhouse, date from the early 19th century. They are constructed with a timber frame and are weatherboarded, featuring a red and blue brick base laid in English bond. The building has a plain tiled roof and is a single-storey gabled block. To the left, there is a projecting catslide with a boarded door in the re-entrant elevation, and the main range has three half-doors. This structure is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
