Description

Kerry's Greengrocers and Tudor Dry Cleaners is a building originally constructed in the 16th century and later clad in the 18th century. It was originally a house but has been converted into two shops. The structure is timber-framed and weatherboarded, featuring an infilled cornice beneath a plain tiled roof with brick stacks at both ends. The building has a jettied design over the first and ground floors, although the jettied section over the ground floor is now concealed by shop fronts. It stands three storeys tall and has a two-window front with glazing bar sashes on the first and second floors. The ground floor includes two shop fronts, which are flanked by two glazed doors.
