Description

This is a row of chest tombs located about 30 to 40 metres northwest of the Church of St Mary. They date from the early to mid 18th century and are dedicated to the Light family, with an additional chest tomb to the west. All five tombs share a similar design, featuring urn-shaped moulded corner piers, simply moulded and inscribed panels, and ogee moulded top slabs. Some inscriptions remain visible, confirming they are all memorials to the Light family.
