Description

Cage Green Farm House is a fine timber-framed house dating from the 16th or 17th century, with alterations from the 19th century. It has two storeys and features three windows. The ground floor is constructed of brick, while the upper floor is covered with weather-boarding, both painted white. The house has a mansarded slate roof and retains its glazing bars. One window on the ground floor has three lights. The doorway is adorned with pilasters and has a flat hood above it, leading to a door with six fielded panels, two of which are cut away and glazed.
