Description
The south gates and entrance wall to Wateringbury Place are located on the north side of Tonbridge Road in Wateringbury. This structure dates from the 19th century and features two stretches of wall that curve in an 'S' shape from the road. The lower portion of the wall is made of stone, while the upper part is constructed from brick, topped with a parapet and panels that have very narrow arches. At the entrance, there is a pair of stone gate piers, each adorned with globes.
