Description

The Priory is a house likely dating from the early 17th century or earlier. It is constructed of ironstone ashlar and is two storeys high with an attic. The south-facing elevation has one window, while the west-facing elevation has three windows and three dormers. A prominent ashlar chimney breast rises to three octagonal stacks made of red brick. The roof is tiled. The windows are casement windows with painted mullions, and those on the south front also have transoms. Red brick additions from the 19th century are located behind the original structure, and an older red brick outbuilding is situated to the northwest of these additions. Nos. 9 to 14 form a group.
