Description

27 King Street is an early 18th-century building that is L-shaped and has two storeys made of stock brick. It features a curved gable at one end and a tiled roof with two hipped dormers. The first floor includes two canted bay windows, while the ground floor has been altered with a modern office front. The side elevation is lower and has segmental window openings. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 15 to 35 (odd) and No 91 Trinity Square.
