This is a late 18th-century extension to number 23 King Street. The building is two storeys high. The ground floor is faced with rusticated stucco, while the first floor is brick. A stone coping runs along the parapet. The first floor has one triple segmental sash window with vertical glazing bars; the sashes are divided by reeded pilasters, and a frieze above the window displays a Greek Key design. The ground floor also has one triple segmental sash window. The doorcase features a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door, accessed by one stone step. The building forms a group with numbers 15 to 35 (odd) and number 91 Trinity Square.
