Description

25 King Street is a mid-18th to early 19th century building, comprised of two parallel ranges. The building is three storeys high and faced with flint, accentuated by red brick quoins and window dressings. It has a wooden parapet and a bracket cornice. The facade features three sash windows with vertical glazing bars. A plinth runs along the base. The central doorcase includes a cornice with modillions, two console brackets, a keystone, and panelled reveals, sheltering a restored doorway with two steps. The building forms a group with numbers 15 to 35 (odd) on King Street and number 91 Trinity Square.
