Description
This is an early 19th-century building on the west side of Trinity Square. It is a four-storey building with a basement, finished with a pebble-dashed exterior and a parapet. The building features two sash windows with moulded architraves, some original glazing bars remaining. The ground floor has a three-light bay window. A doorcase with pilasters is on the right-hand side. Original area railings are also present. Numbers 1 to 7 and 9 to 24 Trinity Square, along with the external railings of numbers 1 to 7, are grouped together with numbers 1 and 2 Albion Place for group value.
