Description

Park View is an early 19th-century townhouse of three storeys and a basement. It is constructed of brown brick with a rendered front and has a stone coping. The front features two sash windows with intact glazing bars. A cambered doorcase is located on the left side, featuring a decorated keystone, and the ground floor has a three-light bow window. The first floor has a balcony with wooden railings. Numbers 1 to 7 (consec), Numbers 9 to 24 (consec), and the railings outside Numbers 1 to 7 form a group value context with Numbers 1 and 2 Albion Place.
