Description

These are a range of terraced townhouses, dating circa 1830, located on Grosvenor Place. The buildings are constructed of stock brick, with stone coping, and extend over three storeys plus a basement (four storeys to number 48). Each property has three sashes per floor, with some original glazing bars remaining. The ground floor windows are round-headed in style, while the first floor features cast iron balconies. Number 48 has a rusticated base. Numbers 50, 52, and 54 have spear railings to their balconies, while number 48 possesses simpler railings topped with urn finials. The buildings form a group with numbers 64 (even).
