Description

Hoad House is a house that dates from the 16th century and was clad in the 19th century. It has a timber frame set on a flint plinth and is covered with red brick, topped by a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and features a brick dentil cornice along its hipped roof, which has gablets and chimney stacks located on the left side and at the right end. On the first floor, there are four wooden casement windows, while the ground floor has three casement windows and a panelled and glazed door located in a hipped porch to the centre right. Inside, the house has a crown post roof.
