The building stands two storeys high on a brick plinth and has a close-studded design with a continuous jetty. The roof is hipped and includes three hipped dormers, along with a stack located to the centre-right. On the first floor, there are four wood mullioned windows, while the ground floor has one wood casement window to the left and one segmental bay window to the right.
