Description

46 and 47 West Street are timber-framed houses that were refronted in the 18th century while still maintaining the overhang of their first floor, supported by a bressummer and brackets. The buildings are two storeys high and have three windows. The windows in number 47 have been removed and are currently boarded over. The front is plastered, and both houses have hipped tiled roofs. Number 46 is missing glazing bars, and both properties feature 19th-century shop windows.
