Description
Davington Manor is an 18th-century building located on the north-east side of Brent Hill. It is two storeys high and features six windows. The front is made of red brick with a tiled roof, and the central two bays project slightly. The windows have glazing bars, with some having three panes and others four panes wide; many are now partly covered over. The building includes rubbed brick voussoirs above the windows, and the four windows on the first floor have segmental heads. There is a doorway with a rectangular fanlight and rubbed brick voussoir. Currently, the manor is in a neglected condition, and there is a large ilex tree in the garden. All the listed buildings in Brent Hill form a group.
