Description
Wesley Chapel, Wesley Cottage, and Holly Cottage are a Methodist chapel and two adjacent cottages, now used as a house and store room. The chapel dates from the late 18th century and features a timber frame clad with weatherboard and a plain tile roof. It is a single storey building with a hipped roof and two glazing bar sash windows. Inside, there is a panelled gallery and fittings.
To the right of the chapel is Wesley Cottage, which is also timber framed, clad in weatherboard, and has a slate roof. This cottage has two storeys and an attic, with one wood casement window on each floor and a six-panelled door to the right.
To the right of Wesley Cottage is Holly Cottage, an 18th-century painted brick cottage with a plain tile roof. It has one storey and an attic, featuring four hipped dormers and a central stack. There are three wood casement windows and a central doorway, which was being rebuilt at the time of the resurvey, along with garage doors to the right.
