Description

This gazebo was built in 1711 for Colonel William Delaune. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof. The structure has a square plan and is a single storey with a hipped roof. Each side, except for the north-east, has one glazing bar sash window with shutters. The north-east side has double doors with four panels each, leading to a flight of five steps. The gazebo is situated on a terrace that includes a round-arched entrance to a tunnel below, surrounded by low arcaded brick walls, partly dating from the late 19th century, with ball finials on the piers.
