Description

Bayford Court is a timber-framed house situated on Crown Quay Lane, Sittingbourne. It dates to the 18th century, with a plastered front. The house is two storeys high and has a tiled roof. A two-storied porch projects, with the first floor jettied on brackets and a hipped roof above. A stringcourse runs along the front. There are five windows in total. Two retain their original sash windows with glazing bars. The remaining windows are casement windows or horizontally-sliding sashes. An 18th-century addition is located to the rear.
