Description

Nos 79 and 81 on High Street are an early 18th-century pair of houses. They are two storeys tall with a basement and attics, constructed of red brick. The roof is tiled and features two hipped tiled dormers. A fine modillion cornice runs along the eaves. The front has two original sash windows in exposed frames, along with two blank spaces where windows are absent. Flat arches made of rubbed brick headers are positioned above the windows. There are brick panels above the doors, which consist of two panelled doors with fanlights and six panelled doors.
