This is an 18th-century, three-bay barn located to the southeast of Dryhill Farmhouse. It features a half-hipped tiled roof and is constructed from random rubble with red brick dressings. The interior has been somewhat altered, with modern brick lining and partitions. The barn is listed for its group value alongside Dryhill Farmhouse, other barns, outbuildings, and a wall.
