Description
Dryhill Farmhouse is a restored farmhouse dating from the 16th century or earlier. It is built of random stone with brick quoins and dressings around the windows. The first floor overhangs, with exposed timber framing and plaster infilling. The roof is covered with ridge tiles. The windows are restored mullioned and transomed casements with square leaded panes, although two modern oriel windows are present on the first floor. A modern, tiled porch with a period oak panelled door has been added. Various modern extensions are also present. Inside, there are restored inglenooks and an old bake oven.
