Description

The Laurels is a late 18th or early 19th century house. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick, while the first floor is tile-hung. It has a plain tile roof and a half-hipped roof, with a central brick stack on the front slope. The front facade is regular, with a two-window design and features 3-light leaded casement windows. A central boarded door is set within a segmental head. A rear wing extends to the left, also with a tile-hung first floor. The interior has not been inspected. The house was formerly known as Stane.
