Description

The Old Brewhouse is a Wealden hall house dating from the 15th to 16th century. It features a timber frame with plaster infill and brick side elevations. The building has a steeply pitched hipped tiled roof, complete with smoke louvres and one hipped dormer on the side elevation. There is a jettied overhang, and the house has two casement windows on each floor, along with a central window that matches the height of the open hall. The entrance is marked by a simple doorcase.
