Description

Rocky Hill House is a timber-framed house that has a plastered front now painted and features inserted sash windows. It has two storeys and a tiled roof with four gables, one of which is modern, while two are overhanging and the fourth is located above the two-storey porch. Beneath the overhanging gables, there are two small bays with one window each on both floors. The square-headed sash windows have pointed Gothic panes and intact glazing bars. A projecting bay with two windows has been added at the north end of the front, and there is a modern doorway. Rocky Hill House is part of a group with Nos 13 to 23 (odd).
