Description

The monument to Sarah Crispe is located about one metre south of the south aisle of the Church of All Saints in Loose. This chest tomb dates from the early to mid-18th century and is made of stone, resting on a doubly-stepped stone base. It features a moulded plinth, a corniced lid, and fielded side panels. The north side of the tomb is dedicated to Sarah Crispe, who died in 1712.
