Description

The monument to Sophia de Brette is located about 23 metres southeast of the chancel of the Church of St. Nicholas. This table tomb dates from the early to mid-19th century and is made of stone, resting on a rectangular stone base. It features a moulded plinth and a corniced lid, with recessed side panels that each have two narrow moulded panels. The tomb is surrounded by a stone kerb and was formerly enclosed by railings. It commemorates Sophia de Brette, who passed away in 1833.
