Description

Skinner House is a two-storey and attic residence, dated 1695 but significantly altered with a stucco facade. The building features a wooden modillion eaves cornice, long and short quoins, and a string course. A single dormer is present in the roof. Five sash windows retain their original glazing bars and are topped with keystones. The doorway is framed by a moulded architrave and a rectangular fanlight, sheltered by a flat hood supported on carved brackets, and incorporates a six-panelled door.
