Description

The property comprises a house and former stores, dating back to the 18th century. It consists of two sections built parallel to each other. The house is two storeys and an attic and is constructed of red brick on the ground floor, with the upper front facing weather-boarding. It has a roof with a dormer window featuring a segmental head. There are two sash windows with original glazing bars. A wooden porch with pilasters, a projecting cornice supported on brackets, a rectangular fanlight, and four-panelled double doors is present. The side elevation is tile-hung. The shop premises located to the east are a smaller, separate building, likely of the same era. It is one storey and an attic, with a cemented front and a half-hipped gable that is weather-boarded.
