Description
The Former Star Public House is a timber-framed building dating from the 17th century or earlier. It has two storeys and is finished in painted brick with a tiled roof. The façade features four casement windows and two doorcases that have moulded architrave surrounds topped with pediments supported by consoles. The rear elevation slopes down to one storey and includes two gables. The Former Star Public House, along with No 18, forms a group.
