Description

Selsted Farm is an 18th-century farmhouse, potentially built on earlier foundations. It is constructed of rendered brick, with the left gable end featuring red and grey brick in a Flemish bond pattern. The roof is covered in plain tiles, with a brick ridge stack located towards the left end. The farmhouse consists of two parallel ranges. The facade has a rendered plinth and a hipped roof. The windows are arranged irregularly, featuring three three-light casements – one to the left of the stack and two to the right. A single-storey rendered porch with a hipped plain tile roof provides access; it contains a ribbed door on the left side, positioned under the stack. A single-storey brick addition with a hipped plain tile roof extends from the left side. The interior remains uninspected.
