Description

The Anchorage is a mid-19th century building located on the west side of Middle Street. It is two storeys tall and constructed of painted brick, featuring a parapet. On the first floor, there is one sash window with a cambered head and intact glazing bars, along with a three-light canted bay window. The ground floor includes a 19th-century shop front on the left side, which incorporates a doorcase. The building has group value with No 67.
