Description

The Golden Hind Tea Shop is an 18th-century building located at No 85 Beach Street. It is two storeys high with an attic and has a stuccoed exterior. The roof is tiled and features one dormer. The front has two sash windows with only verticals. Notably, it has an original curved shopfront and a doorcase set in a fluted frame. Inside, the shop retains its original panelling. The buildings from Nos 73 to 87 (odd) form a group with this tea shop.
