Description

This section of the town wall, located between a warehouse and the Army Cadet Centre, dates from the 15th century, with repairs made in the 17th century. It is constructed from Kent ragstone, flint, and red brick, and measures approximately 90 feet in length. The wall is part of a group of buildings and walls facing the Quay, which includes Nos 3 and 5 Upper Strand Street.
