Description
North Corner is a house that has been converted into a pair of houses, with its exterior dated to 1778, although it incorporates an earlier building. It features a timber frame clad in red brick and a mix of red and blue brick, topped with a plain tiled roof. The structure is two storeys high with an attic, set on a plinth. The left half has a discontinuous plat band, and the roof is hipped with gablets. There are two flat-roofed dormers and chimney stacks located to the right, as well as a central stack and a rebuilt stack at the left end.
On the first floor, there are three wooden casements, while the ground floor has two glazing bar sashes, one wooden casement, and one blocked opening, all featuring segmental heads. To the left, there is a door with six raised and fielded panels, topped by a flat hood supported by brackets. The date 1778 is inscribed above the door.
