Description

Nos 23 and 25 on Upper Strand Street are historic buildings, with No 23 dating from the 16th century and No 25 from the 15th century. Both structures were altered in the 19th century. They are two storeys high and have a total of three windows. The buildings are made of painted brick and feature a parapet. The windows retain their original glazing bars. No 23 has a small bay window on the ground floor, while both buildings have doorways adorned with pilasters and six-panel doors. Additionally, No 23 features a rectangular fanlight and a projecting cornice above the door. Nos 13 to 25 (odd) are recognized as a group for their architectural significance.
