Description

This is an early 19th century house, located at number 74 New Street. The rear of the property is constructed of red brick, while the facade is of yellow brick with red brick flat rubbed arches above the windows. The house has three storeys and four windows. It features a parapet and a slate roof over the front, with plain tiles at the rear. The glazing bars are largely intact, except in the lower half of the ground floor windows. A modern doorway has been inserted beneath the original red brick flat arches. This property forms a group with numbers 68, 72, and 74.
