The building is constructed of brown brick and has a tiled roof concealed behind a parapet. It has two-bay windows on the ground floor, with missing glazing bars. The doorway is distinguished by Doric three-quarter columns, a pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel fielded door.
